Many women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) would like to incorporate nutrition into their PCOS treatment plan. The research tells us that nutrition makes a significant difference and is a first-line treatment with PCOS, improving symptoms, insulin sensitivity, and ovulation. The goal of nutrition therapy with PCOS is to optimize glucose and insulin release. This can be done without deprivation and without food elimination.
"As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I believe that everyone has the ability to become a normal, healthy, intuitive eater. Everyone's journey is unique and my role is to support you in your process." ~Meaghan
