Meaghan completed her undergraduate degree in Nutrition and dietetic internship at California State University, Long Beach and her Master of Science degree (MS) at Eastern Michigan University.
Many people with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) would like to incorporate nutrition into their PCOS treatment plan. The research tells us that nutrition makes a significant difference and is a first-line treatment with PCOS, improving symptoms and insulin sensitivity. The goal of nutrition counseling with PCOS is to optimize glucose and insulin release.
This can be done without deprivation and without food elimination.
